Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Product Manager ( Vaccine ) to lead the strategic development and execution of our key growth driver vaccine product.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in vaccines, and will be responsible for driving the product strategy, execution excellence, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful launch and ongoing success of the product in highly competitive market environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the product strategy, including market analysis, competitive intelligence, and target customer segmentation.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept and design to launch and eventual phase-out, ensuring alignment with business goals and market demands.
• Collaborate with regional and global team in all aspects of product commercial execution.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure the successful launch and commercialization.
• Drive market research and customer insights to inform product positioning, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.
• Provide support and drive capability of salesforce to differentiate the product and achieve leadership position.
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success in the market and make data-driven decisions to optimize product performance.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for the product, providing ongoing training and support to internal teams and external partners.
• Supervise a direct report to optimize the uptake of product in the market

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of product management experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing pharmaceutical products, with a demonstrated understanding of the vaccine market.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional teams towards a common goal.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex scientific and medical information to diverse audiences.
