About Due Diligence within LSEG RI tech:

The Due Diligence tech team at LSEG maintain and develop a tailored-build suite of products and services focused around third party risk management.

Location:

Bangkok, Thailand based but operating a hybrid working approach using collaboration tools such as MS Teams, MS Confluence and Jira with a minimum of one day in the office per week. You can of course choose to attend more frequently, we're flexible. This role is designated "Digital First".

This Role:

You’ll be assembling the vision from internal Product Directors, Product Managers and Product Owners and sharing this with our sprint teams by crafting, maintaining and prioritising the product backlog in JIRA & supporting confluence content.

Responsibilities centre around working as a core member of one, or more, of our scrum teams, ensuring those sprint teams know exactly what to develop. Handling queries from the scrum team promptly in daily stand ups, responding quickly and openly to any challenges to ensure the highest quality end product whilst maintaining momentum in our sprints.

Continuous improvement is central to how we work and the SBA is at the centre of this. You’ll promote balanced and open conversation around new feature development to ensure broad understanding of direction whilst doing your bit to ensure we make good decisions in product design.

End users will need your support, you’ll need to talk their language as well as understanding the technical team's perspective.

The Products:

Our products include cloud-hosted browser based custom build systems, internal and external APIs and some customised enterprise solutions.

There is a strong technical aspect to this role, understanding APIs, use of API tools such as Postman and being able to learn and adapt to new technologies is critical - training is available to support this.

The Teams:

We have multiple scrum teams consisting of mixes of internal staff and third party consultants and typically including Business Analysts, UX designers, Developers (front and back end), Automation testers, Performance testers and QA engineers.

Teams are based in multiple locations but predominantly across Europe and Asia across varying time zones.
