Develop learning solutions, tailored to specific use cases, aligned to global standards of proficiency. Utilise Engineering metrics and conduct thorough evaluations of learning effectiveness, using feedback loops to adapt learning solutions promptly. Offer hands-on support and coaching, promoting skill advancement and agile partnership within the engineering community. Implement innovative learning experiments to continuously test and refine educational methodologies. As a member of the global Technology, Talent, and Learning team, driving engagement and adoption of a learning culture to drive performance improvement and career growth.
