What you'll do :

• Content Creation: Develop engaging and creative content for Meta and TikTok that aligns with brand goals and target audience preferences.
• Collaborate with the creative team to produce visuals, videos, and other multimedia content.
• Strategy Development: Assist in the development of social media strategies and campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and traffic to our platforms.
• Research and stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices relevant to Meta and TikTok.
• Campaign Execution: Implement social media campaigns from start to finish, including content creation, scheduling, posting, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure campaign objectives are met effectively.
• Analytics and Reporting:Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics on Meta and TikTok using analytics tools.
• Prepare regular reports on key insights, trends, and campaign effectiveness to optimize future strategies.
• Stay agile and adaptable to adjust social media strategies based on performance data and market trends.
• Continuously optimize content and campaigns to improve engagement and reach metrics.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (1-2 years) in managing social media platforms, particularly Meta and TikTok.
• Solid understanding of social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Creative mindset with strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
• Knowledge of current trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing.
• Additional Skills (Preferred): Familiarity with SEO principles and content marketing strategies.
