• ทบทวนนโยบายการใช้บริการจากผู้ให้บริการภายนอก (vg) และนโยบายการรับให้บริการแก่ธุรกิจทางการเงินหรือทางการ (Insourcing) ให้เป็นปัจจุบัน.
• งานบริหารความเสี่ยงด้านปฏิบัติการ.
• จัดแยกรหัสทางบัญชี (Map G/L) เพื่อพิจารณาจัดสายธุรกิจและจัดสรรรายได้จากการดำเนินงานตามสายธุรกิจสำหรับการดำรงเงินกองทุนรองรับความเสี่ยงด้านปฏิบัติการของธนาคารและกลุ่มธุรกิจทางการเงินตามวิธี Standardized Approach รวมทั้งวิธีการอื่นใดที่ธนาคารแห่งประเทศไทยกำหนด.
• การสอบทานการจัดสายธุรกิจในธุรกรรมของธนาคารและกลุ่มธุรกิจทางการเงินตามแนวทางที่ธนาคารแห่งประเทศไทยกำหนด.
• บริหารจัดการข้อมูลสำหรับการคำนวฯฐานเงินกองทุนขั้นต่ำและมูลค่าเทียบเท่าสินทรัพย์เสี่ยงด้านการปฏิบัติการของธนาคารและกลุ่มธุรกิจทางการเงิน.
• สนับสนุนหน่วยงานในการกำหนด / ทบทวนดัชนีชี้วัดความเสี่ยงด้านปฏิบัติการติดตามและสรุปผล รวมถึงให้คำปรึกษา เพื่อให้การรายงานความเสี่ยงของธนาคารมีประสิทธิภาพ.
• งานประเมินความเสี่ยงด้านปฏิบัติการ.
• สนับสนุนการประเมินการควบคุมความเสี่ยงด้วยตนเอง (Risk Control Self Assessment: RCSA) ของทุกหน่วยงานในธนาคารตามแนวทางที่ธนาคารกำหนด.
• จัดทำทะเบียน OperTIONAL Rsk Officerประเมินการควบคุมภายใน.
• เสนอแนะติดตามแก้ไขมาตรการควบคุมในงานประเมินที่มีความเสี่ยงสูงของธนาคาร.
• สนับสนุนกระบวนการพิจารณา เพื่อป้องกันความเสี่ยงด้านปฏิบัติการรวมถึงสื่อสารการใช้เครื่องมือการใช้บริการความเสี่ยงด้านปฏิบัติการ.
• งานวิเคราะห์และบริหารข้อมูลเหตุการณ์ความเสียหาย.
• กำหนดแนวทางการรายงานข้อมูลเหตุการณ์ความเสียหายและแยกประเภทความเสียหายของธนาคาร.
• ควบคุมและดูแล การรายงานเหตุการณ์ความเสียหายในแต่ละหน่วยงานให้เป็นไปตามแนวทางที่ธนาคารกำหนด.
• ประมวลผลและจัดการข้อมูล.
• วิเคราะห์และรายงานความเสียหายด้านปฏิบัติการ รวมทั้งติดตามมาตรการควบคุม ป้องกันความเสี่ยงด้านปฏิบัติการของธนาคาร.
• วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป ด้านบริหารธุรกิจ การบัญชี การเงิน เศรษฐศาสตร์ การตลาด หรือสาขาวิชาที่เกี่ยวข้อง.
