This role will be based in our new Bangkok office located in Sukhumvit Road. Neighbouring country, Malaysia has experienced exponential growth and has been the fastest growing business in the Hays world, we are now looking to replicate that across the region. The senior management team behind this success will be spearheading operations in Thailand, they are a diverse mix of locals and expatriates.

Your new role
As a Recruitment Consultant, your main responsibilities would include:

• Identifying market opportunities to work with new clients through business development calls or meetings
• Continuously communicate with clients to generate more business
• Generating strong candidate database through multiple attraction methods
• Sourcing for the best candidates for your clients
• Management of client and candidate relationships to build trust and ensure a smooth and successful recruitment process
