• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent, especially for high-volume frontline operations from start to the end process.
• Utilize recruitment sourcing channels, including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
• Lead and implement Employer Branding initiatives to position Jetts Fitness as an “Employer of Choice.”
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, from workforce planning and onboarding to probation management and recruitment budgeting.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights data to improve hiring efficiency and candidate experience.

HR Business Partner (HRBP)

• Act as a trusted advisor to the line managers and team leaders, providing guidance and the best practice on HR strategies and people management.
• Support performance management processes, talent development initiatives, and succession planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive organizational effectiveness and enhance employee engagement.
