We're on the hunt for a passionate Key Digital Marketing Account Manager to report and communicate to our pool of clients and help drive our agency's growth by reporting to our clients on the excellent results we already generate for our clients. This is a unique opportunity to work managing our clients across our Australian & UK markets, here in Thailand, diving deep into a dynamic blend of cultures and business environments.

We're really looking forward to onboarding an account manager with sales experience as currently, we're not properly upselling and renewing our client's contracts despite our great results.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Client Management and Satisfaction: Serve as the main point of contact for clients post-sale.
Client Renewal and Retention: Identify, predict, and manage risks affecting client satisfaction and retention.
Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our services.
Digital Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
Key Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
Qualifications

Minimum 2 years experience in Digital Marketing Account Management.
Excellent track record in client retention and account management.
Savvy in the digital marketing realm (SEO, PPC, Social Media, and more).
CRM software proficiency.
