  • Ensure that all financial areas are properly administered, monitored and reported on
  • Ensure that appropriate financial processes and controls are in place and in use at all times
  • Assist department heads with the preparation and maintenance of monthly and yearly budgets and forecasts
  • Set, monitor and administer appropriate accounting and finance department KPIs
  • Lead and manage the accounting and finance team as well setting suitable individual and team performance KPIs
  • Lead continuous improvement with the CDC accounting and finance department as well as establishing a minimum of 4 improvement innovations per annum
  • An active member of the CDC leadership team

Skills / Qualifications

  • Experienced within a similar position at senior management levels for a minimum of 10 years from Logistics/ Distribution Center
  • Minimum education level BA
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Access programs
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Proven analytical, mathematical, troubleshooting and problem solution skills
  • Attention to detail with strong communication skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative, prioritize work, handle pressure and take day-to-day decisions
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
