Responsibilities

• Develop, prepare and maintain documentation pertaining to business processes and systems operation.
• Analyzing and monitoring implemented changes to business processes and making adjustments as needed including revising and updating procedures and policies.
• Continuous improvement exercises, Identify, execute and promote the process changes/Improvement.
• Presentation of process improvements, best practices, business cases etc. to the organization including senior management.
• Work to understand current best practice and industry standards while also evaluating new tools, processes, and techniques.
• Prioritize and lead process implementation and process improvement activities across the enterprise in support of all departments and functional areas.
• Research, review and collect available technical information as basis for documentation.
• Perform project management, analytics, and measure to ensure milestones are met and deliverables achieved.
• Consult with senior leadership and provide analysis and advice on a variety of performance and process related topics.
• Evaluate completed process improvement projects to identify and implement best practices and lessons learned.

Work with various stakeholders across the organization.

• To gain a deep understanding of existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• To assess and mitigate gaps in existing processes and procedures posing risks to progress and sustainable business solutions.
• To support and facilitate process owners in identifying, verifying analyzing and implementing process improvement, process re-engineering opportunities and develop business process requirements.
• To assist in making business decisions relating to system implementation, modification, maintenance, etc.
• To provide training and guidance to business process owners and functional areas to assist with the implementation and maintenance of process improvement activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Management, Engineering, Accounting, Auditing or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Process Improvement and/or System Development.
• Experience benchmarking processes and evaluating process performance against industry standards and best practices (Retail business is preferable).
• Understanding of business and system related processes and the ability to analyze and solve problems.
• High level of skill using Microsoft Office products particularly Visio, Excel, Word.
• Excellent written and communication skills in English.
• Must be responsive and willing to take ownership of issues and drive solutions.
• Superb recordkeeping, time management, analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
