• Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to attract top talent, with a focus on high-volume and operational hiring.
• Manage and oversee the entire recruitment process, including onboarding, manpower planning, recruitment budgeting, probation management, and compliance documentation.
• Utilize various recruitment channels such as social media, job portals, and professional networks to source and attract candidates.
• Build and implement Employer Branding strategies to establish the company as an employer of choice.
• Prepare detailed reports and analytics on recruitment metrics, employee engagement, and HR initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance recruitment efficiency and improve operational performance.
• HR Business Partner (HRBP).
• Act as a trusted HR advisor to team leaders and employees across all levels.
• Refine and enhance HR policies and procedures to align with business objectives and company culture.
• Oversee the performance review process and provide data-driven insights to support employee growth and development.
• Handle other HR administrative tasks as assigned.
• Bachelor s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of HR experience, with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition and HRBP roles.
• Proven experience in high-volume recruitment, operational hiring, or multi-branch recruitment is highly preferred.
• Strong communication skills in both Thai and English.
• Experience working in employee- and customer-centric industries such as fitness, hospitality, or retail.
• Strategic thinker with problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt HR strategies to business needs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR tools (e.g., ATS, HRIS, LinkedIn Recruiter).
