• Draft and review legal documents, commercial and business contracts, and government documents, providing feedback.
• Negotiate with customer or vendor legal teams to mitigate business and commercial impact.
• Monitor and check legal provisions and regulations in compliance with company policy.
• Provide legal advice and support on ad-hoc matters and assignments as required by business units.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate legal and contractual risks arising from business operations.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, external counsel, customers, vendors, and other relevant parties.
• Execute the complete contract management process in compliance with company internal regulation and policy.
• Assist in coordination with external counsel to handle various types of lawsuits to mitigate company risk.
• Maintain and consolidate legal documents, keeping files well-organized and updating information in accordance with related laws and regulations.
• About you.
• Bachelor's degree in Law.
• Minimum 4 years' experience as a Legal Officer, ideally with both in-house and law firm exposure.
• Strong knowledge of Commercial, Business, Civil, Criminal, and Labour Law.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a knack for prioritization.
• Comfortable working under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Good command of Thai and English.
