Main Objectives and Activities

• Support network team with incidents and troubleshooting
• Configuration and monitor network switches (Cisco, Huawei), router (Cisco, Huawei), firewall (multi-brand), load-balancer (F5)
• Follow bank processes and security policies
• Handle work orders such as firewall rules request, firmware upgrades, network changes
• Work with senior engineers to support network infrastructure
• Maintain confidentiality regarding the information being processed, stored, or accessed by the network.
• Write and maintain network documentation
• On-call support and change requests outside of normal business hours 

Experience and Skills

• 3+ years hands-on experience in one or more of the following Firewall/IDS/IPS/UTM technologies: Cisco ASA, PaloAlto or Checkpoint etc.
• 3+ years’ experience at designing secure network architecture
• Certifications-one or more of the following: CCNA, CCNP, CCIE desired.
• Expert networking (TCP/IP) understanding/experience and ability to directly apply such knowledge.
• In-depth understanding of TCP/IP (services and ports)
• In-depth understanding of attack and defense strategies
• In-depth understanding of secure network architecture and firewall security
• Extensive analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Strong Enterprise System & Network Architecture
• Good command in English (both written and oral) to be able to work with international customers
