Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job description

• Provide IT support for Cegid Retail solutions, addressing technical issues, and optimizing system performance to ensure seamless business operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business stakeholders, and end-users, to analyze requirements and deliver tailored Cegid solutions.
• Design, implement, and manage configurations for Cegid Retail systems, ensuring data quality, consistency, and accessibility.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users on Cegid software functionalities and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues promptly, minimizing downtime and maintaining optimal system performance.
• Document workflows, technical configurations, and processes to facilitate compliance, user understanding, and future enhancements.
• Stay updated on Cegid software developments and emerging trends in retail IT solutions.

• Proven experience as a Cegid Consultant or in a similar role with expertise in Cegid Retail solutions.
• Strong technical skills in system configuration, troubleshooting, and data integration.
• Proficient in SQL and familiar with database management concepts.
• Experience in IT support and working with retail business processes is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS is a plus.
• Fluent in English, with excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams and stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
