Duties and responsibilities:

1. Analyze requests and issues to develop business requirement documents for system and platform development.
2. Collaborate with all stakeholders to design conceptual solutions and create technical specifications.
3. Prepare user manuals, test scripts, and conduct usability testing.
4. Coordinate training for program, application, and system users.
5. Support and document incidents for new and existing trading systems and platforms, and track actions to ensure efficient operation.
6. Assist users in planning, facilitating, and tracking project execution.
7. Verify data accuracy in the system to coordinate with relevant internal and external parties for resolution.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 3 years' work experience in Business Analyst 
2. Experience with ERP, POWER BI, CRM systems, or real estate and construction systems; experience in real estate is a plus.
3. Can view and understand the Dashboard System.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced skills in Excel and VBA.
5. Creative and innovative mindset.
6. Excellent communication, analytical, presentation, and negotiation skills with employees
7. Strong problem-solving skills.
8. Good interpersonal skills and a strong team player.
9. Ability to work under high pressure.
