Job Description:

  1. Act as Project Manager (PM) to coordinate and drive sales, marketing, handover, and after-sales services to achieve project goals.
  2. Develop strategies and plans for the department to meet the company's objectives.
  3. Identify new sales channels for the company.
  4. Build competitive capabilities and develop new business opportunities.
  5. Coordinate with both internal and external teams to ensure smooth operations and successful completion of projects.
  6. Participate in presenting various marketing channels.
  7. Delegate tasks and customer cases to team members.
  8. Monitor and ensure the sales team meets their targets.
  9. Analyze customer behavior and needs, as well as competitors, to advise the marketing team.
  10. Manage and optimize team performance (e.g., sales meetings, reviewing cases, portfolios, sales, and photos).
  11. Evaluate the performance of all sales personnel and report directly to management.
  12. Troubleshoot, make decisions, and provide support to the sales team to ensure smooth operations.
  13. Adhere to company policies and effectively communicate them to subordinates.
  14. Develop and maintain good relationships with team members, clients, and business partners.
  15. Oversee and review sales reports of the team.
  16. Collect, summarize, and report sales results and other tasks to the Executive Vice President.
  17. Conduct sales team meetings and other meetings as assigned.
  18. Participate in presenting the company's various policies.
  19. Perform other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's/master's degree or higher in any field.
  2. Minimum of 7 years in experience in sales management, particularly in real estate.
  3. Strong English communication skills (TOEIC â‰Ĩ 700).
  4. Creative, able to propose new perspectives and marketing strategies for the company.
  5. Strong understanding of business management, finance, marketing, real estate, architecture, and other related fields.
  6. Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  7. Proficient in MS Office, Excel, CRM, NAV, or experience with sales management systems.
  8. Ability to work under high pressure.
