The Opportunity

As a Specialist- Fintech Data and Automation (FDA), you will be a key member of our team. Using your 5+ years of experience you'll be the go-to person for envisioning, designing, building and maintaining scalable RPA solutions (primarily in PA) that will enable us to create room to upskill our workforce and swim-up the value funnel so that we can focus more time on delivering strategic initiatives.

You will be expected to confidently express your ideas and perspectives to stakeholders and manage projects with minimal supervision. Being comfortable with ambiguity, organized, and possessing strong interpersonal skills will be essential to your success. Your ability to build and design robust industry codes, and to drive change will be critical in delivering value to the business

  • Process Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes to identify opportunities for automation.
  • Solution Design: Design and develop automation solutions using low/ no-code automation tools, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
  • Implementation: Implement automation solutions, including configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test cases to ensure the quality and reliability of solutions.
  • Maintenance and Optimization: Monitor and maintain automation solutions, making necessary adjustments and optimizations to ensure ongoing performance.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Knowledge Sharing and Documentation: Share knowledge and best practices related to automation technologies and methodologies to empower others to do the same for their work within a governance framework.


What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Expertise in Microsoft 365 tools, Power Apps, Power BI, and SharePoint, outlook, teams, slack, Workday, JIRA , ATS (applicant tracking systems)
  • At least 5-7 years' experience building solutions with RPA tools
    Must Have: Power Platforms (e.g., Power Automate flow/desktop, Power Apps, Power BI)
    Good to have: Blue prism, Celonis
  • Experience customizing SharePoint lists and disparate systems with PowerApps.
  • Experience developing PowerApps model.
  • Proficient in creating PowerShell scripts , and coding languages such as Python, Vb.net, JavaScript.
  • Setting up automation environment with strict adherence to Sox compliance measures
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities


Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

  • Experience building automation scripts (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate
  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate
  • LLM / NLP knowledge preferably implemented in a people tech use case
  • Proven expertise in working with API, DB (Oracle, SQL server), PDF, AI Builder and Image recognition in Power Automate Desktop
  • knowledge of Azure Cloud
