Job Descriptions

1.Lead planning and execution of specific category initiatives, merchandising & visibility, NPD launch plan and promotional campaigns

2.Manage trade marketing budget and Evaluate promotion spending effectiveness

3.Analyze data on category performance, promotion/activity evaluation and provide insights for plan adjustments

4.Manage relationships to ensure smooth executions with key accounts, retail partners, and Joint ventures

5.Coordinate demand planning by forecasting based on data & insights and ensuring alignment with supply chain to reflect on how plans and targets will change and reach sales target

6.Recommend Realistic business case for NPD, launch plan, sales kit

7.Perform demand planning activities, including sales forecasts and stock level monitoring, Quota allocation, Channel prioritization

Qualifications

1.At least 3 years experiences in FMCG commercial (Trade Marketing / Sales / Sales Strategy)

2.Category management and Channel strategy

3.Well understand TT execution and operation

4.Strong analytical skill

5.Entrepreneurial spirit

6.Stakeholder management both internal & external (JV for Lipo)

7.Be able to work in agility and flexibility environment

8.Ability to work under tight timeliness
