Job Summary

Overseeing a team of analysts and other support staff. Driving category relationships with the large retailers.
Becoming a leader in category ranging, pricing and promotions across customer channels. Leading category management projects to optimise ranges and related merchandising.

Job Description:

1. Creating and developing a long term plan and strategy for development of the category.
2. Evaluate trade promotion requests from account teams to assess financial viability and strategic fit with brand strategy
3. Leading category management projects to optimise ranges and related merchandising.
4. Working alongside customer and national accounts teams to translate customer insights into strategies which drive performance.
5. Participate in volume forecasting by brand (Bottle volume) in demand planning meetings (especially new product demand) to understand how plans and targets will change and reach sales target
6. Overseeing a team of analysts and other support staff.
