Job Description

• Handle the purchasing of equipment and services for Telecom Network, which requires engineering skills and knowledge of Telecom Network a solid Telecom Business Background, and good procurement behavior. The Telecom Network consists of the following components.

          - Radio Access Network, which includes NodeB, eNodeB, gNodeB, and the 3G/4G/5G wireless network

          - Mobile Core Network, which includes MSS, EPC, IMS, HSS/UDM, and the 3G/4G/5G core network

          - Transport Network, which includes IPRAN, DWDM, Optical Fiber, OSP, and Microwave

          - Fix Broadband Network (FBB), which includes OLT, ODN, ONU, and Optical Fiber.  

          - Telecom Maintenance Agreement, Charging and Billing System

• Review and prepare information to present commercial information to the Purchasing Committee.
• Conduct price check/analysis, and compare equipment and services for the Telecommunication Network Maintenance Agreement and Charging and Billing System.
• Coordinate with the user/requester to conduct PR preparation.
• Conduct PO preparation.
• Review the information and propose comments for consideration of the proposal from the vendor in Renewal of Maintenance Agreement Frame Contract.
• Prepare cost information for the Telecommunication Network Maintenance Agreement and Charging and Billing System to the Operation Team for preparing the annual or project budget.
• Improve the procurement process, both systematic and work process.
