Data Analytics and Reporting :
Utilize advanced analytics to derive insights from customer data, measure KPIs, and provide regular reports on the health of the customer base.

Campaign Management :
Develop comprehensive campaign strategies in alignment with organizational goals, target audience, and available resources , regularly evaluating processes, tools, and strategies to optimize performance

• Initiate strategies, develop campaigns & design offerings to enhance Product lifecycle, prevent churn, drive revenue & improve profit
• Seek new opportunities to increase upsell revenue for both Telco & Digital products by leveraging customer insight
• Collaborate with all relevant parties, internally and strategic partners, to increase upsell opportunity, expand the channels as well as improve customer experience

Qualification:

• Bachelor or Master's degree in Marketing or in a related field
• At least 3-5 years experience in Marketing
• Good command of English in both speaking and writing skills.
• Computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Accountability, team player, enthusiasm and work well under pressure.
• Well organized, creativity, communication, and multi-task skills.
