Responsibilities

• Promote strong regulatory compliance into the company’s culture.
• Provide regulatory advice and assess compliance risks associated with the existing and new products, services, or any other business initiatives to ensure that departments develop appropriate risk mitigation measures in relation thereto.
• Oversight and monitor regulatory compliance risks.
• Conduct regulatory compliance training for employees.
• Create and/or update regulatory compliance policies, procedures, or guidelines (if necessary).

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in Law
• At least 5 year experiences in draft all legal documents / Corporate Compliance Function with Listed Company.
• Familiar with the Public Limited Company Act, SEC Act, and SEC & SET regulations and guidelines
• Good command of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Good command of English.
