Job Summary:
As a Project Manager, Experiential Design & Project Strategy, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and overseeing new business opportunities within the retail sector. Leveraging your Engineering background, you will lead the design and implementation of innovative solutions that enhance our company's goal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive growth in the retail sector.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies with company goals.
• Identify and engage with potential clients, understanding their business needs and challenges.
• Utilize your system engineering knowledge to initiate tailored solutions that address clients' specific requirements.
• Work closely with the technical team to develop project proposals and feasibility studies.
• Lead the execution of specific projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time delivery and achievement as project aspiration. Monitor project progress, budget, and resources to ensure successful implementation.
• Collaborate with related team to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Provide guidance and support to project teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering (Electrical Engineering, System Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering), Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience in business development, preferably in the retails or technology sector.
• Strong knowledge of system engineering principles and their application in retail solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Project management experience is a plus.
