Job Descriptions:

• Manage digital media channels, including ONESIAM SuperApp, website, and social media, by uploading and optimizing content across all digital media.
• Manage and optimize internal processes using project management tools (app CMS, web CMS, Google Sheets) and other resources.
• Ensure brand consistency and accuracy across all digital media.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of digital campaigns and content to share with the team and management.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital media platforms to ensure the best performance for content to reach and engage audiences.
• Recommend and contribute ideas with the content creation team to improve and optimize effectiveness on each channel.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to define realistic goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, digital communication or related fields
• Basic knowledge of digital media landscape and tool.
• Background in social media or CMS.
• Background in performance tracking system either open or close platform.
• Open for fresh graduate for junior level.
