• Assist with Customer Issues
• Receive and Handle Customer Feedback
• Support Company Activities and Events

• Functional Skills & Experiences
• 0-2 years experience in customer service
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Competence in Computer & Digital Literary
• Familiar with application & program usage
• Understanding of basic calculation i.e. % discount, on-top discount, % redemption.
