Job Descriptions:

• Get information and inquiries from clients.
• Prepare quotations and concerned documents supporting to Sales Representative.
• Issue, follow up on the client's purchasing order (P/O), and revise the price for clients.
• Be responsible for documentation and filing as well as handling stock control.
• Co-ordinate with the Accounting team for billing and collecting customer payment schedules.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• At least 1-2 years' experience in Sales Administration in trading firms or related fields.
• Workable English communication (Reading, Writing, Speaking, and Listening).
• Typing with basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Active, service minded, teamwork with interpersonal relations skills.
