Senior Manager: Project Management (Construction)
āļāļĩāđāļāļīāđāļāļāļĩ āļāļđāđāļāļāļĢāđāđāļāđāļāđāļāļāļĢāđ āļāļģāļāļąāļ (āļĄāļŦāļēāļāļ)Key Responsibilities:
1. Establish and maintain project management methodologies, guidance, processes, and standards across the Property Development organization.
2. Develop and implement project governance frameworks to ensure align with Property Development strategies, objectives, and priorities.
3. Lead the Property Development and maintenance project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations and develop and deliver regular project status reports and presentations to stakeholders and senior leadership.
4. Monitor and track project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
5. Manage project portfolio prioritization, resource allocation, and budget tracking to optimize project delivery and maximize ROI.
6. Act as a change agent, driving organizational change initiatives related to project management practices, tools, and processes.
Qualifications:
âĒ Minimum bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or related field.
âĒ Project Management Professional certification or equivalent project management certification is required.
âĒ Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with 3 years of experience in a PMO leadership role.
âĒ Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
âĒ Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
âĒ Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
âĒ Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
âĒ Demonstrated ability to drive change and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
âĒ Proficiency in project management software/tools such as Microsoft Project, or similar tools.
