Responsibilities

• Collaborating with operation managers team to compile a consistent list of requirements.
• End to end recruitment Process such as Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions till hiring (especially AEC)
• Manage AEC Team (Subcontract) to comply with regulation or labor laws and AEC Work
• Completing paperwork for new hires.
• Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
• Keeping up-to-date on current employment legislation and regulations and enforcing them within the company.
• Providing about all recruitment reports to Manager.
• Other assignments

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources management or related fields.
• At least 3-5 years’ experience as HR Recruitment in Warehouse or Logistics Business.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulation about AEC
• Positive attitude and Good interpersonal Skills
• Problem-solving Skill and Service mind
