Job Purpose:
Collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including the VP - HRBP, HRBPs at each location, and both DC operations, to implement HR strategies and deploy HR KPIs effectively. Serve as the single point of contact for employees, HRBPs, and relevant stakeholders, ensuring a comprehensive end-to-end process is followed.

Job Descriptions:
1. Provide and recommend HR solutions, guidance, and proper procedures to responsible BU/BP. Proactively supports the delivery of HR Processes on the client’s side. Builds a strong business relationship with the internal client.
2. Recommend processes and investigate issues related to performance management policy as a partner.
3. Challenges the organizational structure of the internal client and propose changes.
4. Identify and prepare development plans for the key employees and high-potential employees. The partner identifies employees ready for promotion and rotates the best talents across different functions in the organization.
5. Develop HR team members so they can become HR Business Partners.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree / Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related filed.
• Minimum 10 years of working experience in HR Business Partner or HRM function.
• Have experience in Retail, Wholesale or Logistics & Warehouse Business at least 3 years
• Excellent for Excel & Data Analyst
• Strong in HR and labor law knowledge.
• Good Business acumen.
• Strategic thinking with excellent communication and coaching skills.
• Good interpersonal and relationship management skills.
• Strong negotiation, influencing and building motivation skills.
• Good command in English for Communication with Forefinger Management Level.

Location: Mobility (Pathumthani, Ayutthaya, Bangkok, Chachoengsao)
