Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute comprehensive trade marketing strategies that align with overall business objectives, drive sales, and enhance brand visibility.
- Oversee the development and implementation of innovative trade marketing programs, including promotions, merchandising activities, and co-marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of trade marketing programs. Identify areas for improvement and optimize resource allocation.
- Understand customersâ need using market and shopper data. Utilize insights from identify key sources of sales and transaction growth and synergize the category portfolio.
- Lead and manage teams of trade marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure high performance.
Qualifications :
- At least 5-10 yearsâ experience in Marketing, Trade Marketing, Category Development, or related fields.
- Very good understanding and experience in retail business or consumer products.
- Promotion planning and analytical skills.
