Job Responsibility

1) Document Verification: - Verify the accuracy of purchase orders and payment documents for all Sport Activities proposed by DSP.2) Budget Tracking:- Track the usage of the budget for activities according to the contract and the benefits specified in the agreement, including the overall plan for POSM usage.3) Overall Budget Management:- Oversee and control the overall budget for Sport Activities.4) Contract and Benefit Verification:- Oversee and verify the accuracy of Sport Activity contracts, comparing them with the defined benefits in the agreement.5) Benefit Management and Planning:- Oversee and review the planning of benefit management to ensure it brings value in promoting sales activities.6) Proof Checking for New or Repeat Productions:- Check the format, colors, and various elements based on initial principles, and notify the manager of any issues found regarding benefits in contracts that require new production or are repeated work.7) Coordination for Sport Activity Changes:- Coordinate changes to Sport Activities with the DSP team and act as an intermediary between the Marketing team and DSP for discussions regarding the activities.

Job Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.• Experience working as an Event Coordinator or in a role involving document management and administrative tasks.• Experience in event management and handling related documents such as contracts, schedules, invoices, and reports.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and various event management software.
