Job Responsibility

• Develop brand plan to drive brand equity & affinity • Working closely with the research team to analyze & utilize the data and turn the information into insight • Lead and manage through the line brand experiential communication & activities platform • Work closely with Trade Marketing & Sales team to drive brand performance and identify selling opportunities • Ensure smooth collaboration with Sales, Channel Marketing, Thai Talent, Dhosaphak • Managing responsible budget including regular budget tracking and maximizing the return on spending which help driving the sale volume to achieve target • Frequency conduct a market visit to understand consumers behavior and monitor competitors activities • Work closely with internal teams to proactively seek out new and improved ways of doing tasks • Develop team members to ensure constant progress and challenges to step up.

Job Qualification

• Master Degree in Marketing or Business Management • 5+ years business experience in Marketing, preferably within FMCG/drinks industry • Strong Marketing and Media Management skill • Good command of Thai and English language (spoken and written) • Experience in Financial Management and budget controlling • Understanding of Brand and beverage industrial • Be able to organize activities in line with the strategic plan. • Be creative, to be used in the development of the brand • Strong communication and presentation skill • Be able to manage different projects at the same time • Good in MS office • Be able to work well under pressure
