Responsibilities:

• Handlefull cycle of recruitment including sourcing candidates via various channels, screenings, interviewing, coordinate for offering until contract signing and onboarding.
• Keep communication and update between candidates, hiring manager and HCBP in a professional and timely manner to ensure smooth processes.
• Initiate and maintain database of employee information in the system.
• Collaborate in any employer branding initiatives events such as recruitment roadshow and walk in interview etc.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, General Management or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years direct experience in recruitment. Experienced in FMCG will be advantage.
• Proactive, service minded with sense of urgency and be able to work under pressure.
