Overview:

As the Organization Development Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing organizational processes and structures to enhance efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness. You will lead initiatives to drive organizational change, manage projects, and optimize workflows to align with business objectives and strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher with a recognized university degree in Human Resource Development or Human Resources Management, Business Administration, General Management, Political Science, Psychology or other related fields
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR strategy, learning & development or OD activities and having excellent knowledge of HR Management, HR Development, Learning & Development or Organizational Development function
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking
• Good presentation and facilitation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project/program management
