Support marketing planning by conducting research, coordinating events, managing budgets, and ensuring quality control of products and media. Facilitate collaboration between internal and external teams, including international partners, to align on marketing activities.


Job Responsibilities:


1. Conduct market surveys, prepare consumer insight reports and consistently follow marketing news to support marketing planning.


2. Coordinate brand activation and event activities, including procurement, scheduling appointments with suppliers, and conducting site inspections prior to the event day to ensure thorough preparation.


3. Verify document authenticity and conduct quality checks on each premium products, advertising media and also manage and check product inventory to align with ongoing activities.


4. Prepare budget approval documents following the proposal, quotation, and accounting procedures to seamlessly align with project documentation.


5. Follow up tasks from stakeholders such as artwork, photo, POP mockup/sample, and premium in order to make them align with the marketing plan.


6. Compile and organize expense data for each brand product involved in activities to assess expenses accurately.


7. Work collaboratively with internal and external departments.


8. Coordinate with international team, including sales, supply chain, finance and accounting for instance, in order to complete the assigned tasks.


9. Consolidate data and populate into a charts for presentation purpose


10. Liaise with local brand team to obtain required info and supply to international colleagues


11. Work closely with supply chain team in order to manage import/export products if any critical matters arise


12. Other tasks as assigned.


Job Skills & Qualifications:


Education: Bachelor's degree or higher, Marketing ,Business Administration, Management field or other related fields.


Experience: Minimum marketing work experience of at least 2 years or more.


Knowledge & Skills :

  • Excellent both Thai and English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Process knowledge of marketing media management.
  • Work under pressure.
  • Well-organized and multitasking skills.
  • Skills in considering, planning, deciding, and solving problems.
  • Project management skill.
