Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement learning management systems (LMS) and other digital learning platforms.
• Customize learning systems to meet the specific needs of the organization.
• Collaborate with instructional designers to create engaging and effective digital learning content.
• Ensure content is compatible with the learning system and meets quality standard
• Monitor and maintain the learning system to ensure it operates smoothly.
• Provide technical support to users and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Analyze data from the learning system to assess the effectiveness of training programs.
• Generate reports to provide insights into learning outcomes and areas for improvement1.
• Train employees on how to use the learning system effectively.
• Develop user guides and resources to support system usage.

Desired Skills and Experience :-

• Bachelor or master’s degree in any field (Information System innovation, education, would be an advantage)
• Having at least 3-5 years’ experience in digital learning instructional design
• Experience with LMS administration and e-learning technologies platform.
• Have a media or communications-based background, either in Web Design, social media or in a Learning Team with a bias for Digital content
• Good business & people analytical skill
• Excellent skills in written and verbal communication
