YOUR ROLE
- Drive priorities and ensure to achieve KP NES OSG and PC % in territory / at defined account.
- Executes sales strategy and develops action plans for area of responsibility in line with strategic priorities
- Actively manages implementation of pricing actions and commercial negotiations.
- Analyze customers market potential and competitors and develop and spearhead a plan to expand Henkel’s market share in territory.
- Develop strategic projects to fulfil key accounts and local customer needs via ACE CRM management tool. Act as the driver in running to close projects within timeframe.
- Identify key/unmet customer needs and translate into innovation opportunities to feed the ADP project pipeline.
- Define and prepare sales proposals and maximize volume and revenue by utilizing value-added selling methods.
- Ensures efficient geographical coverage and cross-selling opportunities to achieve full business potential
- Develop and maintains influential network and solid relationship at the customer and within Henkel on all key levels & dimensions.
- Identify key customer stake holders at plants, R&D, quality, purchasing, logistics, marketing where applicable, management level and develop the relationship
- Collaborates with functions (Mark-g, CS, SCM, AO etc.) to ensure full internal support for sales team. Coordinates with KAM team on customer priority.
- Coordinate and steer information & reporting flow between the territory sales and Regional/KAM/Channel management.
- Lead and agile coordinates with Technical/ PD team to conduct line trials or (re)solve customer requests and complaints.
- Provides sales forecast for the sales area and monitors key KPIs
- Ensures compliant execution of sales processes (e.g. pricing, customer data management)
- Manages relationships and plans with distribution partners, monitors their financial performance
- Provides input to Manager on customer needs, business trends, competitive situations in territory
YOUR SKILLS
- 10+ years experience in Sales professional (B2B)
- 3+ years experience in Technical role
- Work experience in Metal&Steel,General industry or Related.
- Paint and coating industry experiences are plus
- Proven track record in Sales/customer management.
- Experience in managing customer relationships up to C-level executive in country
- Willing to travel extensively up on business need.
- Passionate, open-minded, high energy and willing to take initiative/challenge
- Bachelor Degree, or upper Major in Chemical Engineering or any engineering related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Business acumen
