• Design Premium Warehouse
• 2-5 years of directly work experience
• Strong creative Proficient in Sketch up, rendering
• Good command of written and spoken English

Qualifications

• Master or Bachelor’s degree and Professional registration in Architecture.
• Knowledge and experience in Master planning, large scale mixed-development and interior Design will be an added advantage.
• 2 - 5 years of experience in design, construction, and project management in the Premium Warehouse projects.
• Skilled in design and can execute projects from conceptual design to construction.
• Strong knowledge of Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Principles and understanding of applicable laws. Premium Warehouse is preferred.
• Good Team Player and Positive Attitude.
• Communicate effectively with designer vendors and team.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketch-up or other design programs, BIM, Revit
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Develop and Coordinate the design with other parties involved.
• Project Management skills.
