Application operation support and System Administrator for Billing System
Introducing new services (cut baseline promotion RBM system) of billing system
2. Configuring database & service parameters (billing configuration)
3. Testing and deploy new change and Exporting profile of billing systems
4. Solving customer complaints and Software error handling of billing systems
5. Updaing / Fixing customer profiles in mass of billing systems
6. Upgrading software , infrastructure firmware & software for new features and security (Billing Software deployment)
7. System, Service and database Monitoring and Solving billing systems alarms
8. Purge usage CDR & bill data & account profile
9. System preventive maintenance ,improvement and privileage management
10. Support new project implementation of billing systems

Job Specification:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or related field
At least 1-2 years of experience in IT development or System/Application support
Can work under service mind and work well under pressure

Skill/Knowledge:

Knowledge in PL/SQL, Shell script, Angular, JAVA, .NET C#, Unix, Windows and Database
Good problem solving, analytical, communication and negotiation skills
Good attitude, curious mindset and willingness to learn
