Key Responsibilities:

• Chemical Lab Operator is key position to support Plating line of Heat Speatder by preparing and supply chemical on time to run production per plan.
• Check and prepare chemical for supply to production line
• Break test, tensile test, and input data in system by infinity program
• Scrap part after testing and QA measurement.
• Complies with the company quality policy and follows the quality management systems
• Follow, implement and maintain HS&E management system policies, procedures, work instructions, rules and regulations that developed or/and implemented within department or and the company.
• Promptly report, correct any unsafe action and condition that may present in workplace

Key Experience & Capabilities:

• High School Diploma or Certificate.
• 2-5 years of experience
• Have previous lab experience.
• Have sufficient knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Basic chemical knowledge is an added advantage.
• Able to use chemical lab devices would be preferred, e.g. titration, chemical dilution, etc.
• Experienced in handling chemicals to replenish production lines.
• Willingness to learn.
