Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program or project management.
• Experience with Quality Control and Quality Assurance, or Commissioning Programs.
• Experience with operational metrics reporting (e.g., availability, reliability, time to market, productivity, safety, security, quality, cost management, performance, energy-use, water-use and predictability).

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, Architecture, Organizational Design, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Experience in the construction of hyperscale data centers.
• Experience working in cross-discipline teams: structural, civil, IT/Telecom, security, mechanical, architectural.
• Knowledge of data center structural, electrical, mechanical, and controls equipment.
• Understanding of electrical and mechanical systems in a data center environment.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

As a Program Manager, you will work directly with our portfolio of project management consultants, general contractors, electrical/mechanical trades organizations, key integrators and manufacturers, quality and commissioning agents to ensure the successful implementation of the construction quality program, and reduce costs of poor quality in our construction projects.
The Data Center team designs and operates some of the most sophisticated electrical and HVAC systems in the world. We are an upbeat, creative, team-oriented group of engineers committed to building and operating powerful data centers.
Responsibilities

• Source quality and commissioning agents and onboard project stakeholders. Engage in pre-qualification evaluations of potential vendors or contractors.
• Set/communicate quality standards/expectations.
• Monitor and oversee the implementation of all construction quality and commissioning processes by our project management consultants, general contractors, electrical/mechanical trades, quality, and commissioning agents.
• Act as the subject matter expert for the Construction Quality Program. Working and collaborating on regional or global initiatives to improve the Construction Quality Program.
• Report the quality and commissioning status for the full life cycle of the construction project. Identify risks to a project and developing mitigation strategies with the project team.
