Job Responsibilities

• Execution to control the electricity production of a renewable power plant, ensuring safe and efficient operation compliant with laws, regulations and company policies. Including resolving issues arising during the operation process to ensure continuous production.
•  Prepare daily reports, logbook, log sheets, troubleshooting reports, and work instructions (WI).
•  Report discrepancies in operation and/or conditions in a timely manner to the relevant parties.
• Implement long-term production strategies, performance improvement strategies, standard operating procedure (SOP), and emergency operating procedure (EOP).
• Assist in the performance of any operating activity as directed by O&M Leader / O&M Engineer.
• Identify opportunities to improve the plant’s efficiency
• Executing preventive and corrective maintenance activities as plans, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements, including preparing PM/CM reports.
• Control contractors to perform preventive and corrective maintenance under the supervision of the O&M Leader / O&M Engineer.
• Provide data support as required in various matters e.g. making reports, preparing budgets, and initiating performance improvements.
• Responsible for inspecting and maintaining the renewable power plant's assets.
• Execute work processes in accordance with the company's safety measures and waste management measures. Including preparing and following up with contractors on permits to work and other safety documents.
• Collaborate with relevant parties to develop risk assessment and mitigation plans.
• Collaborate with relevant parties for warranty claims.
• Must be aware of and play a vital role in the quality, environmental, occupational health & safety, environmental safety, and social management systems (ISO 14001, 9001, 45001, ESMS).

Job Qualifications

• Higher Vocational Technical Education in electrical, electronic and related fields or equivalent experience.
• 0-3 years of experience in operations & maintenance (O&M), construction, or field service of solar power plants, solar rooftops, solar floating, wind power plants, or conventional power plants. New graduates with potential are welcome.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills are preferred.
• Good English skills, both written and spoken are preferred.
• Able to work both in a team environment and independently with minimal supervision.
• Able to work in the upcountry. Local candidates from the project area are preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
