Marketing
The Marketing Executive will support the Content Marketing Specialist in executing campaigns focused on (but not limited to) recruitment and employer branding. The role involves handling community engagement on social media, helping develop content ideas, and ensuring prompt and friendly responses to inquiries from prospective job candidates. Primary location is Bangkok (near BTS Ari), but available for Chiang Mai Office as well. (WFH is applied)

• Support execution of marketing initiatives that focus on employer branding and recruitment marketing.
• Respond to inquiries on Facebook, Line, and other recruitment channels.
• Assist in initiating and creating content for social media (e.g., team stories, behind-the-scenes features, testimonials).
• Write captions, social posts, and brief descriptions to accompany campaign visuals.
• Monitor post and ad engagement, and report basic performance metrics.
• Collaborate with the design team to develop attractive visuals and assets.
• Brainstorm creative campaign ideas to showcase Aware’s culture and work environment.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations or relevant fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in content creation, employer branding, or social media.
• Strong writing skills in Thai and English (equivalent TOEIC 700).
• Familiarity with Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Line official accounts.
• Friendly and responsive communicator, comfortable with community interaction.
• Creative and curious mindset.
• Experience in recruitment marketing is a plus.
• Highly collaborative, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment under agreed-upon service levels.
• New grads who are passionate about learning and excelling are welcomed.
