Position : Senior Squad Lead

Role and responsibilities:

1. Manage and oversee the daily operations for Banking clients
2. Overall performance responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule and contractual deliverables, which includes applying techniques for planning, tracking, change control and risk management.
3. Manage all project resources including subcontractors and for establishing effective communication plan with the project team and the customer.
4. Ensure the delivery of services in accordance with the agreed service level and in accordance with the expectations of the clients.
5. Ensure efficient processing of transactions and queries exceeding the client’s expectations.
6. Liaison with key stakeholders within the client's operations such as legal, compliance and front office to ensure the smooth running of their banking, treasury services, or wealth management department.
7. Develops and implements new processes/procedures to improve operating efficiency and ensure timeliness and accuracy of workflow.
8. Identify service gap as well as opportunities for process improvements.
9. Reviews of operating procedures and SLAs for banking clients.
10. Participate in RFPs and work with business partners as required.
11. Resolves broad operational issues and coordinates activities and processes across operational segments.
12. Identifies, analyzes and resolves complex problems related to operational functions, using general practices and precedents to resolve.

Qualifications

• 12+ years experience in project management in full life cycle package / solution implementations, PM processes, methods and tools experience in creating and delivering project level documentation (i.e., client briefs, reports, etc)
• Experience in professional consulting areas
• Experience in predictive maintenance processes
• Experience successfully selling or supporting the sales of Asset Management related services
• Having Consultant/Service Provider experience will be a plus. But at minimum need to understand role of consultant/service provider when working in a project.
• Leadership and Collaboration:
  • Team leading (coaching/mentoring, define/assign tasks, status tracking)
  • Experienced people manager
  • Good working attitude, mature, can handle tough situation/client.
