Position : IAM Governance

Establishes and maintains a robust governance framework for identity and access management within the
organization. This role ensures that IAM policies, standards, and procedures are aligned with business objectives,
regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining IAM policies, standards, and procedures to ensure alignment with business goals,
  regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Establishing a governance framework for IAM, including roles, responsibilities, and decision-making processes.
• Ensuring effective communication and enforcement of IAM policies and standards across the organization.
• Monitoring compliance with IAM policies and standards and conducting regular reviews and assessments to identify and address compliance gaps.
• Identifying and assessing risks associated with identity and access management.
• Implementing risk mitigation strategies and controls to minimize IAM-related risks.
• Collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to ensure IAM policies and standards are understood and followed.
• Providing guidance and support to business units and IT teams such as IT application owner on IAM governance
  matters.
• Develop risk and compliance reports related to IAM and provide updates to management and stakeholders.
• Configure and utilize IAM governance tools to ensure user access authorization complies with the organization's policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant qualifications in IT, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
• Proficiency in working with IGA systems such as SailPoint, Saviynt, IBM, CyberArk, Okta, ForgeRock, etc.
• Knowledge of SQL databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, IBM, MySQL, etc.
• Understanding of Active Directory (AD), Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP), Directory Services, Single Sign-On (SSO), and related systems.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructures.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, Node.js, PHP, etc.
• Knowledge and understanding of identity management and access control security principles.
• Familiarity with user identity management processes, resource access auditing, and access rights management.
• Problem-solving skills in managing, troubleshooting, and testing systems.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
