• ผู้สมัครมีสองระดับ 1) Junior 2) Senior แตกต่างกันที่ประสบการณ์การทำงานในงานไอทีต่าง ๆ ของกลุ่มธนาคาร สำหรับผู้สมัคร Senior จะต้องมี Leadership สามารถ Coach Junior ได้ และทุกระดับจำเป็นต้องมี Soft Skills ต่อไปนี้ในระดับดี
• มีทักษะการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
• มีประสบการณ์ทำงานเกี่ยวข้องกับสถาปัตยกรรมไอทีหรือการออกแบบ Enterprise Solutions ในโครงการที่เกี่ยวกับการเงินการธนาคารเป็นระยะเวลาต่อเนื่องไม่น้อยกว่าสองปี
• มีความรู้ทางด้านโครงสร้างโดยรวมของธุรกิจธนาคาร องค์กร สถาปัตยกรรมไอที เป็นผู้ชอบและรู้รายละเอียดของ Technology เป็นอย่างดี

Role Definition

Defines the overall structure and organization of the IT systems and applications within the company. They work to create a comprehensive view of the organization's technology landscape, ensuring that all components are aligned with the business strategy and objectives. This includes the development of architectural standards, guidelines, and best practices that promote consistency and interoperability across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise architecture roadmap, frameworks, standards and guidelines that are aligned with business strategy and goals.
• Analyzing change requirements and IT opportunities in enterprise business processes; providing resolutions for improvements by utilizing new technological applications.
• Providing advice and guidance to portfolio team and validate that development of technical solutions are aligned with enterprise IT strategy and standards
• Drive continuous improvement across enterprise to support infrastructure and application development to minimize costs and improve overall efficiency.
• Identify opportunities for digital transformation and work with business stakeholders to develop strategies for implementing new technologies and solutions.
• Conduct gap analyses and assess the impact of emerging technologies on the organization's technology landscape.
• Manage existing architecture assets and work with portfolio architect team to assess business and technology capability to ensure that the enterprise is fit for purpose.
• Coach and mentor junior architects within the team, providing guidance on best practices.
