Roles and Responsibility

1. Lead end-to-end management of innovation projects, including ideation, planning, execution, and delivery.
2. Integrate data analytics and predictive models into innovation initiatives to uncover opportunities, enhance decision-making, and measure outcomes.
3. Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, engineers, and technology teams to identify and implement solutions that leverage advanced analytics, AI, and machine learning.
4. Conduct research on emerging technologies, fintech solutions, and industry best practices to identify opportunities for competitive differentiation.
5. Develop project roadmaps, timelines, and KPIs to monitor project progress, ensuring alignment with business goals.
6. Promote a culture of Agile experimentation by enabling teams to pilot, test, and validate innovative solutions iteratively.
7. Facilitate workshops, brainstorming sessions, and design thinking activities to generate and refine innovative ideas.
8. Prepare business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and project reports to gain buy-in from leadership and ensure transparency.
9. Ensure innovation projects comply with regulatory requirements, risk management, and data security policies.

Jobs Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Innovation Management, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience managing projects, with at least 2 years focused on innovation, digital transformation, or emerging technologies.
• Proven experience in end-to-end project management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
• Experience working with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, Asana, or MS Project.
• Knowledge of data analytics frameworks, predictive models, and data-driven decision-making methodologies.
• Understanding of emerging technologies (e.g., AI, machine learning, Generative AI , IoT) and innovation frameworks.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment with cross-functional teams
• Certifications: PMP, Prince2, Agile (Scrum Master, Product Owner), or Design Thinking certifications
